The main target group are young people, aged between 11 and 19 and mostly video gamers. Young people will benefit not only as target groups of the activities of the project designed to enhance media literacy and critical thinking but also as active co-creators of solutions through the sharing of their gaming practices. The second target group is the European community of educators: in school and outside school, the project will facilitate access to resources that can support the teachers and operators who want to work on preventing online hate speech and understand it better. The third target group is the video game industry. European video game-related associations and communities will be involved to sensitize them on the fundamental role they can play in relation to the problem of hate speech. The fourth target are the local communities: the project intends to promote an awareness-raising strategy that can bring adults and young people together, promoting European values through play, pleasure and participation.
